The client desired a holiday party experience to "dazzle" guests. Enter - "The World of Light." The World of Light is an immersion into different elements of light. The goal was to connect guests to the beauty and wonder of the visceral effect of light through intentionally designed spaces that highlight different themes of light and how it appears in the world around us.
One of the fastest growing technology consulting firms wants to create an unforgettable experience for their employees. It’s a new year, a new space, and they are striving to create moments that wow and inspire to celebrate a year of growth. Together, our teams worked to dazzle guests with “World of Light”. In this experience, guests would be immersed into different areas of light and color, fit with custom activations inside of each space.
The first world was “cosmic” with a suspended orb that had custom projection mapped solar scenes, planets and stars. Each cosmic scene was brought to life with color changing lighting and twinkle lights and character actors that inspired and dazzled.
Our second world was "Spectrum" where guests were immersed into a world of vibrant color and sound. This was the largest activation, complete with DJ and VJ entertainment. Our creative team took inspiration from Daft Punk concerts to create a raised 3D DJ cube with projection mapped video screens on either side to display immersive graphics and patterns. Guests were dancing the night away under the custom laser show complete with snow and character dancers to keep the dance floor full all night!
We also created a groovy silent disco activation complete with large disco balls and a secondary DJ, as well as a "void of light" activation where guests were immersed into a dark room void of light and sound and treated to a custom sound bath.
